PANEER ROLL, HOW TO MAKE PANEER ROLL

Here I am presenting paneer roll which is very easy to make and tasty. In this dish I did not use garlic but if you like you can use garlic about ½ tsp. This dish is not spicy so you can give to your kids as snack or in tiffin they will love it. Try this dish and share your feedback.

Cook time – 20 mins
Type – tiffin/ snack
How many – 8 rolls
Paneer – 200 g (grated)
Cheeze – 1 cube (grated)
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Cornflour – 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 2tbsp OR bread – 2(wet in water and squeeze)
Jeera/ cumin seeds pwdr – ½ tsp
Ginger – 1 inch
Dry mango pwdr/amchur – ¼ tsp
Red chilly – ¼ tsp
Salt – as per taste
These are the ingredients to make this roll .
Mix all the ingredients except oil. Mix them nicely.
Make 2inch roll out of them with hands and keep them aside.
Heat sufficient oil in the kadai.
Place 2 to 3 roll in oil and deep fry them in medium flame. Keep stir occasionally.
Fry them till they turn golden.
Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
