Tava Mushroom Tikka

Today I am sharing very yummy tava mushroom tikka. You can make it in airfryer too.
Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cook time – 10 minutes
Recipe type – starters
Mushroom – 10 – 12
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Hung curd – 2 tbsp
Ajwain/ carom seeds
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
Lemon juice – ¼ tsp
Besan/gram flour or roasted chana dal powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Butter /oil – 2 tsp
If u are using besan/gram flour dry roast it for 2-3 minutes or till it turn light brown in low to medium flame.
Rinse mushrooms under the water and remove its stem.
In a bowl take besan, hung curd,chaat masala, red chilli, garam masala, ajwain, salt, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.
Now place mushrooms to this mix and coat them well.
Heat the tava and apply some butter or oil place the mushroom on tava one by one.
Apply some butter/oil on the top of the mushroom and cover them with lid for 2 minutes and cook in low
to medium flame.
After 2 minutes open the lid and turn all the mushrooms other side and follow same method.
When mushroom get cooked both the sides, serve hot with green chutney and onion.
Dry roast besan or use roasted chana dal powder

Take these ingredients in bowl, mix well
Coat mushrooms with this mix
Heat tava pour some oil and place mushrooms
Cover with lid and cook in low heat
Cook other side too with same method
Serve hot with onion or green chutney
