Healthy And Easy Egg Sandwich
Very easy and healthy egg sandwich even beginner can make this. It is very healthy because I am using
only white part of egg and brown bread for making sandwich.
Brown bread slices – 6
Eggs – 4 to 5
Red chilli – ¼ tsp
Black pepper – ¼ tsp
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped)
Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
Ghee or butter – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
First boiled the eggs, peel and grate the white part. (you can use yellow part too).
Now add in grated eggs add red chilli, pepper powder, chaat masala, fresh coriander leaves and salt.
Mix well. (you can add mayonnaise or curd too).
Take a bread slice place 2 to 3 tbsp of egg mix cover this slice with another bread slice.
Now make sandwich on tawa or in sandwich maker. (use some butter or ghee)
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Boil the eggs
Grate them and remove yellow part or grate yellow part too
Add red chilly, pepper powder, chaat masala, fresh coriander and salt (you can add fresh curd or mayonnaise too )
Place this egg mix on the top of the bread slice
Cover them with another bread slice and make sandwich (apply some butter or ghee on outer part)
Sandwiches are ready
