Mixed Dal Dosa Recipe

Very healthy and tasty Mixed dal dosa made with four types of dal and rice. This dasa is rich in protein and carbohydrate. A perfect breakfast for your family and you. So try this recipe and share your feed back.
Recipe type – breakfast
Cuisine – south Indian
Rice (raw rice or brown rice) – 1 cup
Urad dal/ black gram dal – ½ cup (without skin)
Yalow moong dal – ¼ cup
Green moong dal – ¼ cup
Chana dal/gram dal – ¼ cup
Methi/fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp
Salt- as per taste
oil – for applying on dosa
water – as needed
Take all the ingredients except Salt and oil in a big vessel.
Wash them nicely 4 – 5 times.
Fill water and add methi seeds.
Soak them over night or 5 -6 hours.
Next morning grind them in a blender by using sufficient water and salt. (how you grind dosa better)
The better must be pouring consistency. Not too thick or too watery.
Make dosa immediately or you can keep it for fermentation and make dosa normally how you make.
Take rice, all dals and methi in a big vessel
Rince it and soak it in enough water for over night or 5-6 hours
Use big blender to grind
Make fine paste, add water, pouring consistency
Make dosa on tava, cook both sides by adding oil
Serve with tomato chutney or coconut chutney
