Goan Dry Prawns (airfryer recipe)
Date – 24.1.2016
Prawns – 750 g (before cleaning)
Ginger-garlic – ½ tbsp paste or crushed
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – tsp
Salt – as per taste
oil – 1 tbsp + 1 tsp
Rice flour – 3-4 tbsp
Clean prawn and drain all the water.
In a plate take all the spices red chilly, turmeric, coriander powder, 1 tbsp of oil and salt.
Add ½ lemon and little water and make paste.
Coat prawns with this paste.
Keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins.
After 30 mins pre heat the airfryer on 180 d for 5 mins.
Grease the airfryer tray with oil.
Spread the rice flour in a plate.
Coat the prawn with rice flour. (single coat)
Place them on the tray and air fry them 180 d for 7 to 8 mins.
Air fry all the prawns with same method.
Take all the dry spices, ginger-garlic and salt
Add lemon juice, oil and little water
Coat prawns with this mix, keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins
Grease the airfryer tray
Pre heat the airfryer for 5 mins at 180′
Take rice flour in a plate
Coat prawns with the rice flour
Place it on airfryer tray
Air fry prawns at 180′ for 7- 8 mins
Serve with onion rings
