ABOUT RECIPE :
This rainy season Make this easy, quick and tasty paneer bhajiya
Preparation Time – 10 mins
Baking time – 20-25 mins
Recipe Type – Snacks
Measurement cup used 1 cup = 220 ml
Grated paneer – 1 ½ cup
Onion (medium) – 1 finely chopped
Besan/gram flour – 1/3 – ¼ cup
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Green chili – 1-2 (finely chopped) optional
Coram seeds – 1/8 tsp OR chaat masala – 1/8 tsp
Red chili powder – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil for deep frying
Note – I have used grated homemade paneer which has little moisture in it so if your mixture it too dry sprinkle some water in it.
In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients except oil and mix very well.
Heat oil in a kadai for deep fry.
Take lemon sized mixture in your hand and make it little flat with your finger.
When the oil is hot?’;.// reduce the flame and add paneer bhajiya in it.
Deep fry till they turn golden brown from both the sides.
Serve it hot with tomato sauce or any other chutney of your taste.

Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
Mix them well
Take a lemon size mixture and give bhajiya shape
Heat oil and deep fry 3-4 bhajiya in a time
After deep frying
Keep it in kitchen towel
Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney
