Tomato -Garlic Chutney / No Oil Tomato – Garlic Chutney / Instant Tomato Chutney
Instant tomato – garlic chutney is spicy and mouth watery chutney that can be made within few minutes. Pair this chutney with idli, chilla, dosa and many more Indian dishes.

Serve – 2-3
Measurement cup used 1 cup = 240 ml
Tomato – 1 medium to big, chopped
Whole red chili – 5-6 OR as per taste, broken
Garlic clove – 5 – 6
Dry coriander seeds / Dhaniya – ½ tsp
Curd – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Take all the above ingredients in a small blender and blend until smooth or like chutney.
Serve with dosa, idli, chila, paniyarm, dhokla or spread in chapatti or bread, make roll and eat.
